The Scale Seed Separator is purpose-built for the fine seed industry, prioritizing quality to minimize losses and the risk of contamination. This air-screen seed cleaning machine serves various purposes, including seed production lots, breeding plots, laboratory applications, and the processing of commercial fine seed multiplications (e.g., vegetable and flower seeds). The machine's versatility is enhanced by its compatibility with a wide range of screens, making it suitable for almost any crop.

Key-Features:

The feeding quantity can be continuously adjusted to ensure an even distribution of the seeds.
The overflow from the first screens exits the machine at the outlet.
Seeds that drop through the first screen land on the skid plate and glide back to the beginning of the second screen for the subsequent sieving across the entire length of the screen.
The overflow from the second screen exits the machine at the outlet.
Seeds that drop through the second screen move on to the third screen, where particles smaller than the desired size fall into the outlet.
The overflow seeds from the third screen are of the desired size and are transported to the post-aspiration process.
The heaviest seeds with the highest germination and vigor settle into the collection box, while the lightest seeds and debris are removed by suction.
An additional option is a dust extraction hood.
