Seeding Success: Innovative Seed Processing Machinery
The HSDS features a modular construction, making it suitable for conveying, cleaning, and drying various seeds (including coated or dressed materials) and similar products. During operation, the HSDS functions through the action of the eccentric shaft, which, via connecting rods, moves the conveyor backward and forward, resulting in material movement via coiled suspension units.

Key-Features:
The primary function of the HSDS is material transportation and discharge at the outlet/outlets. For easier cleaning processes, the machine is equipped with a screen system, including heating and screening sections. Each heating section receives independent warm air through heaters and blowers located below the HSDS. The main drive is a 2.2 kW squirrel cage motor (standard 3/PE 400V, 50Hz). The motor operation requires a frequency inverter (not included with the HSDS). An adjustable feeding gate at the inlet to the deck controls the thickness of the material layer on the HSDS deck. External heating is optionally available. The heating system can be powered by various sources, such as 21,000 m3 of ambient air, electricity, natural gas, lnc, lpg, or solid fuel, according to the customer’s preferences.
